Product Description

Specification:
1. Feeding part uses automatic pneumatic type air shaft loading system with 76mm for paper core.(Optional: hydraulic shaft-less
loading system with 76mm and 152mm for paper core)
2. Machine rock use 12mm thick steel plate with groove steel structure. Bottom of cutting knife use heavy casting structure, guide
rollers using static balanced aluminum alloy guide roller.
3. Traction drive fixed position uses servo motor, INVT 4.4KW, traction driver roller use steel structure. Feeding traction
way is through motor move the chain wheel to drag the rubber roller. The receiving platform is automatic stacking device,
control by motor.
4. Machine can be equipped with slitting device(for middle cutting or trimming), anti-bending device, and ultrasonic control
device for edge position correct system, color sensor device.
5. Our Machine is good for jumbo rolls cross cutting, it's with high precision within ±0.2mm. High speed and receiving sheet paper
flat and neatly.
