Product Introduction
The turret milling machine, often referred to as a rocker arm milling machine, boasts a compact structure and high flexibility. Its small size allows for easy maneuverability. The milling head can rotate 90 degrees around, and 45 degrees front and back. The rocker arm offers telescopic capabilities and can rotate 360 degrees on the horizontal plane, significantly enhancing the machine's effective working range.
Composition
Constructed from high-grade cast iron, the body of our universal radial milling machine ensures high precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform is designed with rectangular guide rails, providing numerous contact surfaces and enhanced rigidity. Post high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slide is plastinated, guaranteeing excellent motion accuracy and durability. The spindle, crafted from chrome-molybdenum alloy, features precision angular contact bearings. Post tempering and fine grinding, it delivers strong cutting force and precise operations.

It is capable of milling flat surfaces, inclined planes, grooves, and splines of medium and small parts, making it indispensable in machining, mold making, instrumentation, and other industries.
Mechanical Characteristics of the Turret Milling Machine
The casting is made of Mihanna cast iron, ensuring excellent rigidity, stability, and no deformation.
The main spindle, constructed from chrome-molybdenum alloy, undergoes tempering, heat treatment, and grinding. Combined with precision bearings, it provides strong cutting force and exceptional accuracy.
The milling head gearbox, made of cast iron, offers superior rigidity and minimal deformation, ensuring more accurate cuts and greater durability.
The three-axis screw cap, crafted from advanced phosphorus bronze, boasts exceptional wear resistance and an extended service life.
After high wave heat treatment, the XY shaft slide demonstrates excellent wear resistance, enhancing its service life. The XY axis interface, equipped with imported wear-resistant plates, ensures ease of operation and durability.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art lubrication system, the machine ensures uniform distribution of oil points, safeguarding smooth slide operations.
The machine's weight is 100 kg higher than comparable products, enhancing its stability.
Featuring a powerful 5hp motor and a high-precision NT40 spindle, this machine is adept at handling large parts and heavy cutting tasks with ease.
