Features STK428-640 is a fever-grade product introduced by Sanyo Company of Japan in 2000. Although it is a Class D circuit, it is carefully made in strict accordance with the traditional tuning style of Sanyo for Class A and Class B circuits. The sound is warm and resistant to hearing. Both low frequency and high frequency are extended. It maintains the sound characteristics of thick mode circuit and does not have the digital flavor of the current digital power amplifier. Moreover, it is an actual power output of 200WX2 @ 4 Ohm. This model has many characteristics such as high efficiency, low heat generation, high power and excellent sound effect, and can meet more than 99% of audio amplification requirements. In its PDF file, it is shown that each channel can obtain 200W power under 4 ohm load, and the distortion (THD) is only 0.8%. This machine comes standard with a switching power supply with an actual power of 600W to ensure an effective output power of 200WX2. STK428-640 module adopts PWM CMOS logic level audio input mode. This audio input mode can effectively reduce noise, distortion and interference, greatly improve the clarity, dynamic range and fidelity of the audio, so as to bring users a better listening experience.
The power supply equipped with 600W is a real LLC power supply, and its resonant circuit is a high-frequency sine wave, not an ordinary square wave switching power supply. This power supply is very suitable for power amplifiers, with excellent results, sales as high as 98%, and static power consumption of the whole machine at 19W. At the same time, its electromagnetic radiation is low, which is beneficial to reduce the interference to the surrounding equipment.
This machine is a pure rear-stage power amplifier, which can be used with front-stage equipment according to requirements. The rear-stage power is very strong. The measured 200W continuous output power is undistorted. It can easily push medium and large bookshelves and floor speakers with high cost performance.
