7.2kv AC Medium Voltage 3 Phase Vacuum Contactor

Product Description

CKG3-7.2 or 12 high voltage vacuum AC contactor is suitable for AC 50-60Hz, the main circuit rated working voltage is 7.2KV, 12KV, the rated current is below 630A in the power network for long distance connection and disconnection line and frequent start It is suitable for controlling AC motors, and it is more suitable to replace the vacuum circuit breaker with fuses and various protection devices. It can improve the 3-pole and 4-pole high-pressure vacuum contactors for the start-up and dynamic braking of the electromechanical control equipment. After the mechanical interlocking shaft is installed between the two vacuum contactors, the mechanical interlock can be realized, and the electrical interlock can also be realized. Mine hoist forward and reverse conversion to the cabinet with a 5-pole high-pressure vacuum contactor, after the mechanical interlocking shaft is installed between the two vacuum contactors, the mechanical interlock can be realized, and the electrical interlock can also be realized, providing a double for the commutation. safety protection.

The vacuum contactor has the advantages of strong quenching ability, good pressure resistance performance, high operating frequency, long service life, no arc external spraying, small volume, light weight, long maintenance period and no noise.
Features:
1. High quality material
The overall use of high-quality materials, anti-corrosion, anti-fouling, high temperature resistance, anti-oxidation, long service life
2. Tight structure
Reinforced with thickened bottom plate, the structure is compact and safe
3. Exquisite workmanship
Made of high-quality polyethylene material, not easy to age, more durable

Normal Working Environment
1.Altitude: ≤2000m
2. Ambient temperature at -5ºC to +40ºC, the daily average temperature should not more than 30ºC.
3.The daily average of relative humidity is less than 95%, the average monthly is less than 90%.
4.Working environment should be without steam, gas, chemical corrosive deposition, salt fog, dust, dirt and other dangerous explosive media
5. Working environment should not be regular vibration or serious bumps.
6. The inclination of the mounting surface to the vertical surface does not exceed 15°. The installation category is usually category III.
