FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONS
1.BYF semi-automatic laminating machine is a post-press equipment that combines pre coated film with printed matter for composite processing.
2. The host adopts PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation, touch screen display, high degree of automation, stable operation, stable and reliable paper feeding, convenient and free automatic pressure regulation, and uses 320# heat transfer oil for constant temperature heating, ensuring uniform and reliable temperature.
3. This machine adopts a built-in thermal oil chrome plated mirror heating roller with a diameter of 320mm, and is equipped with a unique paper bending prevention device. The printed product after film covering and cutting is straight and not bent. The composite rubber shaft is hydraulically driven, and the pressure is stable and reliable. This machine adopts an automatic breaking device, and the cutting roller is driven by a cylinder. The products produced by it have significant advantages such as good adhesion, high transparency, and s strong three-dimensional sense.
4. This machine has advanced design, reasonable structure,stable performance, beautiful and generous appearance, small footprint, simple operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance.
5. This machine is mainly used for the automatic lamination of biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) pre coating film on one side of printed materials. After lamination, the surface of printed materials is bright, brightly colored, high in strength, waterproof and moisture resistant. The machine has high and stable working pressure, fast heating, low noise, and stable operation. It can be widely used for the decoration of textbooks and book covers, as well as the surface lamination processing of New Year pictures, calendars, maps, handbags, stickers, cardboard, and other printed materials.
FEATURES
1. The heating optical axis adopts mirror chrome plating process, with a diameter of 320mm, good film coating quality, and long service life.
2. The composite rubber shaft adopts a high-temperature resistant rubber shaft, which is driven by hydraulic pressure and is stable and reliable during use.
3. This machine does not require glue, saves the gluing process, is economical and environmentally friendly, does not require a drying path, and saves electricity and space.
4. The coated paper is shaped through an anti bending device and does not curl after cutting.
5. The control system adopts a human-machine interface touch screen and a PLC programming system, with a high degree of automation.
6. The film delivery part adopts an inflatable shaft for film delivery, which can quickly replace the film, accurately locate it, and adjust the tension of the film release freely.
7. The dual hole punching device facilitates users to choose and use different specifications of paper and film.
8. Front rule: Only manual paper placement is required, and the automatic edge positioning device is precisely controlled through PLC programming to achieve precise positioning of the edge, reducing the labor intensity of operators.
9. Automatic lifting hydraulic pump (optional).
10. Lift the paper receiving table (optional).
