Production of Tissue Box Shell Dust Separator

Product Description

Scope of application: Plastic raw materials will produce static electricity in the transmission process due to friction, the dust adheres to the plastic surface and cause pollution. CDS series dust separator is equipped with electrostatic eliminator to eliminate the static electricity generated by the friction of plastic particles, so that the dust attached to the plastic particles becomes a non-adsorption state, and then the high-pressure blower blows it to the dust collect bin. The treated plastic particles will fall from the lower part of the separator into the material storage bin. There are three models in this series, and the maximum processing capacity is 500kg/hr.
Feature:

1.The static eliminator quickly neutralizers static electriccity on the surface of material .

2.The material suction blower is protected from dust by the eary-maintenance air ilter and dust collection barrel.

3.Equipped with material dishcharge valve to adjust material discharge speed according to the actual application.

4.Air inlet is designed for regulation of air flow.

5.Easily removable,convenient installation and operation.

6.All surfaces in contact with material are made of stainless steel to ensure no material contamination.

7.Optional auto loaders,storage tank and material suction box to realize automatic feeding.
