Shipping
Many friends concern about the shipping cost, normally the goods will send out through DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, FedEx(door to door) if you do not have a domestic forwarder in China. The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watch models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.

1. All incoming parts and assembled watched will be checked carefully during the whole process.
2. All watches will be passed through the waterproof testing.
3. All watches can be complied with CE/RoHS, nickel free, etc. 100% safety strap, comfortable, eco-friendly and non toxic to body.
Gurantee period:
Our gurantee period is one year since the delivery time of mass shipment. During this period, we will take full responsiblilty for all deffective caused by normal using. Either you can send back for repairs, or we send out new parts for your replacement.

Q: What is your MOQ? Can i mix colors & styles?
A: No MOQ limited for stock watches.
Q: Can we have our logo on the watches?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Will you provide samples and how much is it?
A: sample cost for stock model will be US$50/PC. If need customized logo sample, it will cost US$100/PC.
Q: How long is the delivery time of samples and mass order?
A: 3-5 days for stock samples without logo, 30-45 working days for mass order if we have enough stock parts.
Q: About payment
A: by T.T. If sample order, full payment before shipment.
If mass order, 30% deposit after order confirmation, 70% balance beofre mass shipment.
