Main equipment
Ingredient system: consists of high-precision electronic scales, intelligent control systems and raw material storage tanks of various specifications. It can accurately weigh and proportion various ink production raw materials such as resins, pigments, solvents, additives, etc. based on preset formulas to ensure the accurate and correct amount of raw materials used in each batch and ensure the quality of ink from the source.
Dispersion system: equipped with a high-speed disperser, its high-speed rotating blades can evenly mix various raw materials in a short time, so that solid particles such as pigments can be quickly dispersed in the liquid medium, forming a uniform primary mixture.
Grinding system: Usually, sand mills, three-rollers and other equipment are used to further grind and refine the primary mixture, so that the pigment particles can reach the fineness required for printing, and improve the printing suitability and gloss of the ink.
Ink adjustment system: By adding an appropriate amount of solvent, additive, etc., the performance of the grinded ink is adjusted, and key indicators such as the viscosity, fluidity, and drying speed of the ink are accurately controlled to meet the needs of different printing processes and printing materials.
Filtration system: Use precision filters to effectively remove impurities, particles and undispersed substances in the ink, ensure the purity and stability of the ink, and avoid problems such as blocking the nozzle during the printing process.
Filling system: equipped with an automatic filling machine, which can quickly and accurately fill qualified ink into packaging containers of different specifications according to the set filling amount, realizing automatic quantitative filling.
