High-power servo motor make paper fan and bottom paper feeding and collect more accurately. The hot air heating system makes the bottom seal perfect. The machine has double stations for curling, pre-curling and final-curling, makes the curling of the cup more beautiful and increase the stability of curling quality. The machine is controlled by PLC, and has a encoder to control the working of ultrasonic, sensors, solenoid valve and so on, to make the running of each process more accurately. Control panel use 9 inch touch screen, a clearer vision, the whole electrical appliances adopt imported configuration, have high generality and good performance, and facilitate equipment maintenance. The machine includes the automatic paper feeding system, when the sensor can't catch the paper fan, it will transmit a signal, when the system will feed paper fan automatically.
