Application
It is used to take out the steel wire from the tire bead before the cutting and shredding processes.
Structure and principle
It mainly consists of the motor, hook, cross plate, body frame, oil cylinder, hydraulic system, etc.
Its basic principle is:
Driven by the motor, the hydraulic system and oil cylinder make the drawing hook, which is connected with the pulling shaft of oil cylinder, When the tyre is put on the drawing mouth, jut the drawing hook out of the drawing mouth to hook the steel wires of the tyre bead. Under the strong pulling force of cylinder, the steel wires will be drawm out trough the drawing mouth, completely separated with the rubber.
