Product Description

BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Zhongnan produces surface grinding machine from small size up to big size.
The accuracy of the machine meets the national standard of horizontal surface grinding machine. (GB/T4022-1983)
The longitudinal movement of the working table is driven by high performance pump, which has stable movement and low noise. The oil tank is equipped with a cooling device, low temperature rises and small thermal deformation.
The machine can grind grooves and flange sides.
The grinding head adopts the internationally accepted rolling bearing structure.
The grinding head transverse feed motion screw adopts high precision ball screw, the feed is sensitive, the transverse feed movement can be hydraulic or manual. The vertical feed is manual controlled, with a quick moving device, and it is easy to move up and down.
Automatic lubrication system lubricates each guide ways and vertical balls crew.
