FTJ Superposition Propeller Equipment is used for tank mixing equipment with slurry concentration below 7%.
Characteristic:
1,Easy and reasonable design of tank, regular appearance, convenient to arrange and construct, small area, large pulp tank volume, easy to scrub, low cost.
2,Reasonable structure, convenient manufacture and maintain, matching with square pulp tank, it can be called the most ideal mixing equipment.
3,This equipment is suitable for mixing of various of pulp tanks and it has high efficiency. Experimental comparison shows that it’s 55% higher than the mixed flow when the concentration is 3%, it’s 80% higher than turbo-type,20% higher than the mixed flow when the concentration is 5%. It’s suitable for straw pulp, cotton, hemp and rags, etc. Using this kind of pulping device, the long fiber will be not massed, the pulp will be not burrowed and the amount of propelling will be large.
