KF32A is a 32-bit automotive grade MCU series product developed by Xinwang Microelectronics for automotive electronics users, focusing on providing solutions for the automotive vehicle chip application market.
1. Based on KungFu 32 kernel
KF32A151 is a car grade 32-bit MCU built on the KungFu32 kernel, which has the following unique advantages:
Level 3 Pipeline&Efficient Instruction Set: 16 bit/32-bit mixed instructions, 13 32-bit general-purpose registers/1 link register/1 stack pointer register
Unified storage space: 32-bit address bit width, supporting 4GB storage space
Arithmetic operations: 32-bit single cycle hardware multiplication, 32-bit hardware division, supporting addition, subtraction, shift, and logical operations
Rich interrupts: Supports 64 peripheral interrupts+16 kernel interrupt requests, supports 16 interrupt priorities
Memory access control: Programmable memory access control, can encrypt Flash separately
Timer: Supports 24 bit system beat timer
Multiple sleep modes: normal sleep (kernel not running, clock running), deep sleep (kernel not running, clock not running, peripheral running)
