A:We have staff trained in AutoCAD and several design programs. We can work with many different file formats, as well as develop designs based on sketches, drawings, blueprints and other formats.

A: Before start your sampling, we need to confirm product details with you including specification to avoid any possible misunderstanding.

A: It usually needs 2 days. The actual time is up to how many sample orders we receive.

A:The delivery time for sample is up to the transportation you chosen. For air or express, it only needs several days.

A: The MOQ is mainly decided by the specific product,the MOQ is 10kg.

A: For mass order,the lead time is usually 15 -20 days from the date we receive your deposit .
