The mobile concrete mixing plant is a trailerable and mobile mixing equipment that integrates aggregate, weighing, mixing, transportation and other operations into one centralized trailer unit. It is suitable for mobile construction of projects such as roads and bridges that require a relatively small amount of concrete.
The mobile concrete mixing station is a concrete production equipment that integrates the material storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, unloading and fully automatic control systems of the concrete mixing station into a trailer unit; it has all the same action processes, operating methods, and maintenance as the fixed fully automatic mixing station; it also has unique features such as flexible movement, quick and easy disassembly and assembly, and simple storage and management; it is the best model for mobile construction of highways, railways, bridges, ports, hydropower and other projects.
The mobile concrete batching plant is all mounted on a semi-trailer and, except for the cement silo and screw conveyor, all air and water pipes are prefabricated and pre-wired with quick connectors for power.
YHZS series is a new kind of compulsory volumetric concrete mixing equipment . It includes JS concrete mixer, PLD matching machine,cement silo,conveying system and control system, accumulative system and weighing system.And also has the efficiency mixing well, high productivity can get 50m3/h ,60m3/h,75m3/h,90m3/h ,120m3/h and more high capacity as you needed.

Concrete mixing plant concrete mixing plant can be widely used in construction projects like buildings, roads, bridges, high way roads, docks, airport, water projects, hydropower station, etc. They can also be used in fibre reinforced concrete unit factories and used as commercial cyclone cement concrete mixing plant to sell high quality concrete to different buyers.
At present, mobile concrete mixing plants are mainly divided into two types: traction type and trailer type. The chassis of the traction type contains complete front and rear axles; the chassis of the trailer type only has the rear axle, and the front end is placed on the saddle bridge of the tractor.
1. Quick disassembly and assembly, easy to move
When transitioning: Except for the screw conveyor and cement silo, the entire mixing station can be towed and moved by lowering the front end; other items such as the walking platform and elevated panels can be folded down, and all control cables do not need to be disassembled. The removed accessories can be taken away with the station.
The mobile mixing plant is equipped with tires, traction pins, driving signal devices, and brake systems. The maximum speed allowed when towed by a trailer can reach 50 kilometers per hour.
During installation: The ground must be flat and hardened; disassembly and assembly require the cooperation of a 30-ton crane.
During storage: If the equipment is not in use temporarily, keep it in the same transportation condition as it was during transportation.

3. The outer dimensions of the transportation units of all components of the mobile mixing station are smaller than the internal dimensions of the container. Three 40-foot containers are required for the entire station to be transported.
Structural composition
1. Host chassis: A cantilever-shaped mixing host chassis, which contains a trailer truck traction pin and parking legs; the mixer, cement and water admixture measuring scales are placed on the chassis; inspection platforms, railings, etc. are attached around the chassis.
2. Control room: The control room is at the bottom of the main machine chassis and is equipped with a fully automatic control system for the mixing station. The control system is the same as the fixed mixing station. The control room serves as the front support point of the entire station during working conditions. During transportation, the control room is stowed away in the space of the bracket; all its control lines do not need to be disassembled.
3. Aggregate batching measurement: This system is located at the back end of the entire station. The upper part is the aggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper. The storage hopper can be divided into 2 or 4 compartments, and is equipped with a heightening plate to increase the storage capacity. Pneumatic door opening operations are performed in sequence. Aggregate measurement is a cumulative measurement method for multiple materials. The bottom is equipped with a walking rear axle and a frame leg during operation.
4. Belt conveyor frame: This frame is a truss structure connecting the main machine chassis and the aggregate batching frame, with a built-in belt frame; the main frame, belt frame, and batching frame are integrated to form the main structure of the entire mobile mixing station
5. Peripheral components: They are the cement silo and screw conveyor. The peripheral components are integral components during work or transportation. They do not need to be disassembled and can be transported and disassembled as a whole.
6. Mixing host: Generally, a JS type forced mixer is used, which can quickly and evenly mix fluid and dry concrete.

So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.

The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.
