Candles making process:
1. Put the raw material of paraffin wax pot to wax melting machine.
2. In the candle wick into candle machine mould.
3. Pour the melted paraffin oil into the candle machine mold.
4. After cooling, take out the finished candles from candle machine mold.
5. To carry on the exterior decoration, finishing packaging products.
1. Wax melting machine
1.Wax melting machine consists of three layer (inner stainless steel board, heat-conducting layer and insulating course),
2.Electric hot tube heating the conduction oil and melt paraffin wax with the heat of conduction oil. Change the solid wax into liquid wax before making the candle.
3.There are temperature controller, indicator light, AC contactor and wax temperature sensor or temperature automation.
