1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the meticulous world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we process premium raw materials with precision. From sand (fly ash) to lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each element is expertly crafted to perfection.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the exacting processing and methodical storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring they are always ready for the next stage of production excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the beating heart of our operation, propelling the production of exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we masterfully craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Employing both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, we ensure a seamless and automatic circulation of the assembly frame, setting the stage for superior quality.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the nucleus of our production, crucial for fabricating superior-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This is the arena where we shape the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. We employ both manual and automatic mesh hanging, enhanced by the automatic circulation of the assembly frames, to achieve unparalleled precision.

4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is deftly demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Here, precise lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts define the final product's form with exquisite accuracy.
The ground turning table is instrumental in the removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with exceptional precision and finesse.
Post waste elimination, the blank body is handled with exactitude by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

5. Autoclaving Section
In this critical phase, the assembled cakes are directed into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining unwavering pressure to achieve impeccable results.
Upon curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart, then seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ensuring flawless handling.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging majestically from the autoclave, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring their journey is handled with the utmost care and precision.
