Floor Radiant Heating Capillary Tube Mat System
Introduction:
Capillary tube mat system is an innovative technology developed to replace the conventional radiator heating and air conditioning systems.
The heart of system lies in the Sinolanc capillary mats that contain thin polypropylene tubes through which water constantly flows.
To heat or cool rooms, hot or cold water runs through the capillary tube mats system to exchange heat with the space air by radiation.
They ensure a quick dissipation of the cooling load or a quick supply of the heat requirement.
Underfloor heating system with capillary tube mats is widely used and acceptable for providing radiant heating in all buildings.
It is also ideal for retrofitting underfloor heating and connecting to the existing heating system. The Sinolanc mats are either integrated into
an existing screed or laid directly on an existing floor as a thin-layer underfloor heating system and enable gentle temperature control of floor surfaces.

Energy-efficient
| Its water inlet temperature only 28~32℃ used for heating in the winter.
It is considerably belowfloor heating tube 45-60℃ and traditional radiator 70~80℃.
Comparing to common floor heating and radiator, the capillary tube mat can reach energy-saving 20~30% and 40%.
When it is used for cooling in the summer, its water inlet temperature require 16~18℃, much higher than the ordinary air conditioning unit 5-7℃.
The energy-saving effect is higher 60~70% than conventional air conditioning system.
