1.Opening tight polyester fiber into loose state , twisting loose fiber into balls. 2.Ball size is adjustable from 2 to 20 MM.
3.Outlet gravity regulation , put different weight of magnet, can obtain different sizes of fiber balls by adjusting the pressure at the outlet , pressure bigger ,then fiber ball stay inside of machine more longer ,the fiber ball more small,full and round.
4.Used as a filler for pillows, cushions and other products to increase the elasticity of the product.
5.The fiber feeding direction is perpendicular to the rubbing direction,ball formation rate can reach 100%.
