Product Description PPS GF40 Xytron G4080HRE Insulation plate distribution end for Hydrogen fuel cell Xytron™ is a high performance plastic compound of Envalior, which is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulphide). Xytron™ offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, Xytron™ contributes to an excellent performance in many different applications. -Low lon Release -Hydrolysis Resistance -High Temperature Resistance -High Modulus and High Strength -Excellent insulation Properties -Very Low Creep Stack End Plate.PPS+GF40 is widely used in hydrogen fuel cell stack end plates. The mairfunction of the end plate is to control the contact pressure, and sufficienstrength and rigidity are among the most important charactes of the eniplate. PPS+GF40, with sufficient strength, ensures that the end plate does norupture under the sealing force, while sufficient rigidity allows for more reasonable deformation of the end plate, thereby uniformly transferring the load to thesealing layer and MEA.
