The 8" side port FRP membrane housing from Winder is designed to withstand working pressures ranging from 300PSI to 2000PSI. The opening position and material can be customized according to customer requirements. It can accommodate 1 to 8 core membrane elements. We have a daily production 300 FRP membrane housings. This membrane housing is compatible with various international standard membrane elements, including those from DOW, HYDRANAUTICS, OSMONICS, KOCH, TORAY, CSM, VONTRON, BDX, and more. Manufactured according to AMSE specifications, this FRP membrane housing has undergone rigorous testing. It has passed a cyclic water pressure test over 100,000 times and a burst test at 6 times its design pressure. Additionally, it has obtained certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Drinking Water Sanitation, and CE certification.
This membrane housing is suitable for use in various complex media environments. Its standard color is white, but other optional colors are also available.

Our Advantages In order to make up for the abrasion resistance of FRP, embedded steel rings were added to it. Winder® products will wind the embedded ring in the membrane housing during the winding process, which is integrated with the membrane housing and is not easy to fall off. The size and thickness of the embedded ring is proportional to the pressure of the membrane housing. The larger the pressure of the housing, the steel ring will thicken, so that the membrane housing and the pressure head are more firmly connected. The embedded rings are all made of stainless steel 316L, which is more resistant to corrosion and higher temperatures, and has a long service life.
The inner wall of the membrane housing is as bright as a mirror, which can facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the membrane core; it can ensure that the membrane housing has no leakage problem.
The design of the red plug: the production material is ABS modified raw material, which is more durable; the design of the four corners is more convenient and quick to install.
π-shaped silicone ring: using food street silicone raw materials, this design is double-sealed, double-safe, leak-proof and reliable, and the quality is more stable.
There is a unique ID code on the inner wall of each membrane housing, which is used as an anti-counterfeiting mark and can also make the model of the membrane housing clear at a glance.
