Plastic geocell is made of elongated plastic sheets,
Connected by ultrasonic welding process, it presents a honeycomb like three-dimensional grid after unfolding,
Among them, the width of the long plastic sheet is the height of the geogrid cell.
The distance between adjacent welds on the same side of the same sheet when the geogrid chamber is not unfolded is called the welding distance of the geogrid chamber, abbreviated as the welding distance.
The height of the plastic geogrid cell:
Five heights:
50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm.
Welding distance of plastic geogrid cell:
Nine types of welding pitches:
330mm, 356mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 660mm, 712mm, 800mm
There are two main technical indicators for plastic geogrids:
1: The tensile yield strength of the cell sheet in MPa, PP ≥ 23.0, PE ≥ 20.0
2: Welding tensile strength N/cm, PP ≥ 100, PE ≥ 100
