This machine is designed for grooving 8"-24" steel pipes with a maximum wall thickness of 12mm. It's specified tool for the connection of heavy duty couplings and grooved pipes.
Equipped with new hydraulic pump and stroke limitation devices to make the depth of grooves more precisely and effectively
Powered by high-performance gear reducing motor, Equipped with the guide wheel unit ensures high quality grooves and high working efficiency
Equipped with a foldable hydraulic steel pipe support to make operation convenience and save labour .

Machine description
Roll grooving machine is a kind of pipe tool for workers to make groove then connect pipe by using grooved joints such as couplings. The principle of grooving machine is hard extrusion, when the upper roller touches the pipe surface, turn on the motor, handle the hydraulic oil pump to make the pipe rotate. The upper roller can press the pipe by shaking the handle of hydraulic oil pump, then form a groove. Roll grooving machine is widely used in fire-fighting system, Sprinkler systems, installations, larger heading units, industrial use and mining. The grooving machine is characterized by compact structure, flexible operation and beautiful shape.
