Details Images Products Description Ticktock RO unit design features: The main parts and components are made of well-known products with reliable performance; The system has no wearing parts, no need for large amounts of maintenance, and the operation is effective for a long time; The system is set up with soft start, and the pressure is slowly raised to avoid the compaction damage to the RO membrane by water hammer phenomenon; The design of the device should avoid back pressure on the membrane element; Setting a low pressure switch to protect the high pressure pump from damage due to water supply stoppage; Automatic rinsing of the membrane element when the system is turned on, and the desalinated water can automatically rinse the membrane surface contaminants clean and reduce the rate of contamination; Automatic fresh water refilling when the system is shut down to prevent seawater from staying and contaminating the membrane element; Setting inlet and discharge pressure gauges to continuously monitor the differential pressure of the RO membrane, prompting the cleaning time, and designed with a membrane cleaning system; The system automatically stops when the terminal tank reaches a high liquid level, and automatically starts replenishing water when the liquid level is lower than the center level; The whole system is controlled by Siemens (or the same grade brand) PLC + 10" touch screen program, and is equipped with alarm system.
