（1） Introduction to acetylene piston compressor
Piston acetylene compressor is mainly used for filling acetylene cylinders in acetylene station and chemical industry. Generally, the inlet pressure is atmospheric pressure, the exhaust pressure is 2.5 MPa, and the exhaust volume can range from 20m3 / h to 100m3 / h. Acetylene gas is a flammable and explosive special industrial gas. Acetylene dissolving equipment is a special chemical equipment strictly supervised by the state. The safety of acetylene compressor is the first, which is strictly in accordance with the national machinery industry standard: JB / t9103.1-1999 technical conditions for reciprocating piston acetylene compressor.
The vertical acetylene piston compressor produced by our company is a vertical, double row and three-stage differential piston water-cooled structure. It is driven by explosion-proof motor, directly driven by gear reducer and then through cross coupling. The cylinder axes at all levels are arranged vertically.
In order to prevent the danger of mixing air from the suction port when the compressor is working, there must be positive pressure protection (lower limit control). Therefore, the inlet pressure monitoring and protection device is installed on the inlet pipe of the compressor. When the suction pressure of the compressor drops to 196pa (20mmh20) or lower than the set pressure, the controller will stop the compressor. In order to prevent abnormality caused by compressor overpressure, an exhaust pressure monitoring and protection device (upper limit control) is installed on the exhaust pipe. When the exhaust pressure rises to 2.5MPa or exceeds the set pressure, the controller stops the compressor.
（2） Characteristics of acetylene piston compressor
Acetylene piston compressor has the advantages of small floor area, good foundation stress and unrestricted deformation during machine operation. Vertical series compressors have the advantages of compact structure, stable operation and safe use. They are widely used in acetylene, factory, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industrial departments. The company continuously adopts advanced technology to produce compressors with high efficiency, high safety and high quality.
Acetylene compressors are equipped with advanced electric control safety protection and automatic control devices:
1. Intake undervoltage protection device: if the primary intake pressure is ≤ 0.2kpa, it will stop automatically;
2. Exhaust overpressure protection device: automatic shutdown when the working pressure is ≥ 2.65mpa.
This can effectively control the potential safety hazards caused by manual or electrical errors.
