Product Description

The MULTICHEM series fixed head multifunctional reactor is a versatile multi-functional reactor with a vertical control system and independent design of heating system displacement. The fixed head of the reactor does not disassemble the pipeline with the reactor body, making it easy to operate. The whole machine is integrated, ergonomically designed, and the structural function distribution conforms to ergonomics. The functions are complete and complete, with a full Chinese operation menu, a direct connected magnetic coupling mechanical stirring, a push type four blade mold propeller, a manual lifting heating furnace with positioning function, and the reactor tray is manually lifted and equipped with positioning system. The control system is vertical and located on the right side of the base, eliminating the accidental leakage of low boiling gas vapors or flammable gases and the danger of motor circuits. It is a conventional reaction equipment for laboratory high-pressure reactions and has a high market share.
The Senlang multifunctional reactor has a wide range of applications in catalysis, polymerization, decomposition, hydrothermal treatment, hydrogenation, supercritical, pharmaceutical, and material dispersion, and is a fundamental high-pressure reaction equipment in the laboratory.
Fixed head multifunctional reactor, made of 316L stainless steel material, model MC-500, standard technical specifications include:
A. Desktop, fixed reactor head, 180 degree mobile heating system, manual lifting with positioning system, and manual lifting system for the reactor body
B. Effective volume of kettle: 500ml, full volume ≥ 500ml
C. The kettle cover, kettle body material, and internal components are all made of 316L stainless steel material
D. Mixing driver, material: 316L stainless steel
E. Composite high-temperature sealing gasket, quick opening snap ring sealing structure, A-type dual line sealing
F. Working pressure/temperature: 10Mpa, 350 ºC
G. The kettle cover is equipped with:
1. 0-16Mpa dual range pressure gauge and 12.5Mpa safety explosion-proof valve
2. 316L stainless steel thermocouple sleeve and K-type thermocouple, used for reaction temperature measurement
3. Liquid sampling valve (gas sampling valve) made of 316L material, connected to the 316L material bottom tube, used for intake, liquid inlet, and pressurized liquid material retrieval
4. Gas release valve made of 316L material, used to empty the gas inside the reactor and release pressure
5. Magnetic coupling driven agitator, with shaft and stirring blade, mold driven blade type, 316L stainless steel material
6. Built in cooling water coil, 316L material (non mandatory configuration)
H. Magnetic coupling mechanical stirring: stepless speed regulation, speed 0-1200 rpm
I. Mixing speed control and PID program temperature controller
J. Heating furnace, fixed module electric heating, heating power 1.2KW
L. Speed control and data display module
