Such as turbine, gear., bearing,impeller, shaft, dashboard, drive shaft, valve, blades, wire rod, high pressure washers, screws, nuts, seals, shuttle, bushing connector, etc.
What is the difference between cast and extruded nylon?The main difference lies in the manufacturing process. Cast polyamide products are manufactured by means of a chemical reation process. This allows products with extremely large dimensions and custom cast parts to be manufactured. Water absorption and dimensional changes are lower in CAST. The crystallinity is greater so that wear resistence and machinability are better. Extruded absorbs more moisture and is thus tougher and has greater impact and vibration damping properties.

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: Before start your sampling, we need to confirm product details with you including specification to avoid any possible misunderstanding.
Q: How long for sampling?
A: It usually needs 2 days. The actual time is up to how many sample orders we receive.
Q: How about the delivery time for sample?
A: The delivery time for sample is up to the transportation you chosen. For air or express, it only needs several days. For sea, it may need around 12 days.
