PB Series Coarse Crushing Impact Crusher

PB series impact crusher is a new generation impact crusher for coarse crushing, it is developed in our company by introducing advanced technology of Franch company, ALTAIRAC. The crusher features in spacious feed opening, big feeding size, heavy type rotor, which make the crushing efficiency and production capacity higher, power consumption lower, easy in operation, fast and convenient in maintenance. This impact crusher is used widely in water conservancy and hydropower project, high speed rail construction, urban infrastructure construction and urban building waste processing. It's a preferred equipment for coarse crushing of medium hard rocks.
Product Features New type rotor assembly provides extremely high rotational inertia and impact crushing force, which increase the final products rate by initial crushing. The special designed S-type blow bar keeps the shape of the crushing surface unchanged in its whole service time to ensure stable products gradation. New type blow bar fixed without bolt, hammerhead replacement is easy & quick, maintenance efficiency is improved. The locking mechanism of the rotor ensures safer and quicker replacement of wearing parts. Wearing parts with less kinds and high commonly using, reduces customer's spare parts expenses.

2. How long is date of delivery ?
Answer: The date of delivery is about 30 days. The date of delivery will be extended if the stone production line is too big or the clients have some special requirement.

3. How long is the guarantee period of your company's impact crusher?
Answer: The guarantee period of our company's equipment is 13 months. Wear resistance parts and problem coursed by worker's unsuitable operation are not included.

4. What's the after sale service of your company?
Answer: The construction drawings of foundation will be supplied for our clients. What's more, we will supply installation service, workers training service, etc.

5. Can you supply wear resistance parts for us?
Answer: Of course we can supply. We have two our own casting factories and We can supply enough wear resistance parts for our clients in order to guarantee machine operation.
