Product Introduction
The microporous pure titanium aeration head is made of industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥99.6899%) as the main raw material, which is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. The spherical bottom diameter of spherical titanium aeration head is Φ100mm, the arc surface is Φ125mm, the wall thickness is 3mm, the aeration bubbles are 0.1-2mm, and the aeration resistance is small, the gas-liquid interface area is large, the bubbles diffuse evenly, and there will be no hole blocking. The energy consumption of conventional aeration is reduced by 40%, and the amount of sewage treatment is nearly doubled. Titanium aeration head has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, high acid and alkali resistance, and long service life. This product is suitable for urban sewage, new expansion of large water plants and renovation of old aeration tanks, as well as ozone aeration in the water treatment industry, catalytic gas aeration in the chemical industry, etc.
