Rubber flooring tiles product line is one type of environmental type rubber machine , it is used to process the waste tire rubber granules to be different types of rubber flooring tiles by vulcanizing and solidifying . Meanwhile , it can also process the PU granules , EPDM granules and nature rubber to be tiles . Generally we can customize the machine according customer need.
Machine Features
1,This machine is used to heat , vulcanize and solidify the rubber compound from mixer machine to be 500*500mm and 1000*1000mm rubber tiles.
2,One set molds includes one top mold and two bottom mold .
3,As showed in picture , the machine is equipped with adjustable rail device , which is used to push mold in and out for easy operation.
Production Process ♦ Conching: Put the rubber granulates and stain into the stirring barrel to stir,and then put into the adhesive to stir,this process requires for 4-6 minutes( because the adhesive is easy to cure, so stir it when use ).
♦ Weighing raw materials: weight the rubber granulates stirred, according to the granulates' thickness requirement of the tiles .
♦ Paving and pressing: Paving the rubber granulates weighted on the mold, then floated it by trowel. Firstly paving the surface rubber granulates which is fine and color, then the thickness and black.
♦ Vulcanization molding: Covering anti adhesion cloth, pushing the mold into vulcanizer to vulcanize, the time of vulcanization accord to the thickness of the rubber tiles, in general, 3-8inutes finished. After that, Mold separate automatic, thenremove floor tile on the shelves to dry.
♦ Inspecting: Inspect the surface of the floor tiles formity, no aberration, no flaw, line with the product quality.
