Feature:
VT-85A is a new product designed by our company independently, mainly used for the lead and lead-free solder and tin alloy billet production, provide the corresponding materials for extrusion press processing
This machine is made up of machine frame, warm-box formed device, traction device, cutting device, cooling system, hydraulic system and electrical control system.
After smelting, open the tin solder material valve , liquid tin go through the guide tube into the attemperator of billet casting machine, will do further temperature adjustment , to get the best casting temperature. After that ,open the tin valve of attemperator, liquid tin will be filled with formed shell , after fully cooling molding by traction device to pull the billet out and when drawing reach to the enough provisions length , cutting unit and saw blades, to carry on cut off the billet , the cut billet will go to the shelf, the whole process is automatically controlled.
The machine with advanced control system, using PLC control, accurate monitoring production status of the machine, all the process parameters can be displayed on the color touch screen and modify.
Depending on the solder material composition, can set up the corresponding drawing time, Which can ensure the reliability of the traction, lack of material and full automatic alarm, ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.
According to user's extrusion machine using the length of the billet , you can set the corresponding cutting length, to adapt the demand of the downstream process. Cooling system to provide water, water temperature is not more than 30 °C
