This plastic granulation machine is mainly used for the recycling granulating/pelletizing of clean and dry waste plastic ,by equipping with different feeding methods and cutting methods ,installating a forced feeding system can also be used for the pelletizing of film scraps materials. It can be applied to a variety of materials. It can be suitable for recycling and pelletizing of various types and properties material, such as PE, PE, ABS, PS , PC, PA, PVC and other materials . Through a screw feeder or belt conveyor feed recycled plastic to extrusion system, the screw is specially designed for pelletizing recycled materials. It has the advantages of fast and stable feeding, wear resistance, etc., with natural exhaust holes and a vacuum system ; It can effectively drain the water inside the material; the extruder uses cast aluminum heater or ceramic heater, which is durable; is equipped with an automatic hydraulic screen changing system to make the produced particles cleaner and higher quality;
