Project: CapitaLand Maoming Mansion Apartment in scale 1:50 & 1:80 & 1:200.
First, we use specific software to design the model, including the building and the surrounding environment, such as trees, roads and parking lots,to make sure that every element is accurate and beautiful as the real.
Next, we make paint samples according to the design drawings. We have to choose the suitable materials to ensure the facade and texture of the architecture.
Finally, we need to add some special elements to enhance the layout of the building model. More specifically, we can add some lighting to bring out the night view effect of the apartment.
1. The main structure of the model building are made of high-strength ABS,cut to shape by the advanced laser cutting machines and CNC engraving machines, assembled by our experienced architect according to the design drawings, which includes precise measurements and adjustments to ensure the model is structurally sound and proportionally accurate.
2. Doors and Windows: using real transparent organic glass decorative texture.
3. Sculpture: we will according to the architectural model style, reasonably customize some fashionable, distinctive modelling, bright design, delicate and vivid modern essay, such as sun umbrellas, chairs, people, cars, etc., to make the model more vivid effect, more lively atmosphere.
4. Acrylic model base for display.5. Landscaping: greening plants mixed handmadely from by our architect, for outstanding stereoscopic greening, with high, medium and low layers of green plants stable artificial garden community; And to compose with a variety of flowers and plants, build green; Beautiful green ecological space.
