This series of water ring vacuum pumps is used to suction air or other non corrosive gases that are insoluble in water and do not contain solid particles, in order to create a certain vacuum in the sealed container being pumped. Trace amounts of liquid are allowed to mix in the inhaled gas.
This type of vacuum pump is mainly used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, building materials, electrical appliances, food, coal washing, mineral processing, fertilizers, etc.
When equipped with an explosion-proof motor, it can suck flammable and explosive gases. When the pump body material is corrosion-resistant, it can suck gases with certain corrosiveness.

Due to the inspection holes provided on both ends of the pump cover (by removing the pressure plate), it is easy to view the internal structure or clearance, and the exhaust valve plate can be replaced quickly and conveniently. In addition, the replacement of the packing seal can also be carried out without removing the pump cover, which is very convenient.
3. Efficient and energy-saving
This series of water ring pumps adopts system optimization design, with reasonable structural design of main components such as distribution plate and impeller, and high efficiency. In addition, this type of water ring pump adopts a flexible exhaust valve design, which avoids over compression during gas compression and reduces energy consumption by automatically adjusting the exhaust area. Thus ultimately achieving optimal operational efficiency.
4. Adapt to impact loads
The blades are formed by one-time stamping with steel plates, and the profile is good. The welded impeller undergoes overall heat treatment, and the blades have good toughness, which fundamentally guarantees their impact resistance and bending resistance, and can adapt to impact loads.
