QK1353 is an economical, practical and professional CNC pipe threading machine. It is mainly used for pipe thread processing and can cut metric and inch cylindrical taper pipe threads. In addition, this machine tool can also undertake the work of ordinary CNC lathes. Such as: turning arc conical surface, ordinary thread, inner and outer cylindrical surface and other kinds of shafts and disc parts. It can be used in petroleum, metallurgical, chemical, hydropower and geological departments to process drill pipes, drill collars, bushings, and petroleum bushings. It is most suitable for casing processing in the petroleum industry. The normal accuracy of the machine tool can reach IT6-IT7,the surface roughness of the workpiece can reach Ra1.6um. It is the first-choice practical equipment for mass processing of oil pipeline threads.
