7 mn15cr2 introduction:
7MN15CR2 has non-magnetic plastic die steel. With high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic as stainless steel SUS304 pig multi-die characteristics, so the most suitable for corrosion and wear resistance requirements of mold products. In addition, it also has good heat treatment performance. 7MN15 non-magnetic steel is prone to work hardening, and should be processed at low speed.
7 mn15cr2 features:
L Permeability (μ)=1.01, it has the same nonmagnetic property as SUS304
L High hardness 37-43HRC can be obtained by aging treatment at 700℃*5h
L Good heat treatment performance, suitable for precision die
L Good wear resistance, can be nitriding treatment
