Qt6-15 hollow block forming machine adopts electro-hydraulic system and PLC automatic control, which is simple, convenient and reliable. The unique forced feeding system can utilize various industrial wastes and materials, such as coal ash, cement, sand, stone, slag, etc. The machine can produce various specifications of standard bricks, concrete blocks, porous bricks, paving bricks, etc.
The electrical system of qt6-15 automatic brick machine is controlled by PLC and equipped with data input and output device. The control system includes safety logic control and fault diagnosis system. The hydraulic control system consists of a large capacity oil tank automatic pressure regulating variable system, a high and low pressure control system and a synchronous demoulding device. The combined technology makes each cycle process of equipment operation consistent, so the stability of formed products is high and the scrap rate is low.
The hydraulic system is equipped with cooling system, which can ensure the temperature and viscosity of oil, make the whole hydraulic system more stable and reliable, and adopt advanced oil filtration system, which can better ensure the service life of hydraulic components and the stability of hydraulic system. Imported computer electrical seals, hydraulic components adopt high dynamic performance proportional valve to accurately control the action of key components.

QT6-15 BRICK MACHINE FEATURES:
The vibration pressure forming device is composed of frame body, unique vibration excitation, vibration isolation device, three cylinder pressure device and demoulding device. Vertical directional vibration, pressure forming and synchronous demoulding are adopted. The distribution device rotates to multiple shafts through the directional feeding mechanism, or reciprocating arch breaking distribution rake, and the distribution is uniform and rapid; The cloth is pre vibrated to shorten the forming cycle, improve the production efficiency, compact block quality, high strength and accurate size. The block forming machine equipped with the feeding device of the horizontal secondary distribution system can produce colored fabric road bricks.The unique vibration isolation system makes the exciting force concentrated on the mold, which can not only ensure the compactness of the block, but also reduce the vibration and noise of the frame. The machine body is made of super large strong section steel and special welding technology, with good rigidity, vibration resistance and long service life.
