The production line has operator self inspection regulations, and the processes have IPQC, IPQC, OQC, IPQA and FQA layer by layer control. PCBA full-automatic electronic optical inspection (AOI), BGA parts, using X-ray 100% radiographic inspection, first sample inspection (FAI), must burn the PCBA products of the software, and conduct full inspection according to the product functional requirements and the finished product test rack 100%.
