Δ K6S-2500 is a Heavy-duty engraving & carving Machine (mini-character engraving machine ) independently developed and produced by SDKCNC. It can be used for hi-speed engraving and milling of soft metals and plates processing.
Δ Its robust architecture,forged from Heavy duty steel structure (Stress Relief Treatment),undergoes a thorough time stress relief process. The whole machine adopts AC servo drive,Y-axis dual motor drive,so it's running stably and reliably.Adopts precision milling helical gear rack, straight guide rail,silent screw rod.
Δ It widely applicable to the engraving and milling of copper,aluminum,stone,acrylic,wood,aluminum-plastic ,insulating boards,epoxy resin plate,carbon fiber composited materials and the processing of various plates and soft metals.
Δ With standard configuration of hi-efficiency electric oscillating knife and the universal tool holder .It can be equipped with pneumatic oscillating knives,crossing wheel tool,V-cut tool ,kiss cut tool and function of felt roller feeding .It can fastly finish steps of full cutting ,kiss cutting ,perforating ,creasing ,rounter milling ,contour recognition cutting and other processes.
