Product Description
screw type high capacity charcoal briquette machine/biomass briquetting press made in China
1.In troduction of biomass briquetting press:
This kind charcoal briquette machine can take wood sawdust, rice husk, coconut shell and biomass materials into briquettes, which can be used in boiler, heating and warming. What's more, after carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ. Now this machine is very popular all over theworld which will save environment and investment cost. The out diameter of finished briquettes is 50-80mm. Since now our machines have been exported to Kenya, Tanzania, Turkey, Peru and so on.
2. Features of biomass briquetting press:
1. No binder or noxious chemical need to use
2. The humidity of the raw materials is controlled in 8-12%.
3. Using the advanced Hot air drying system with the perfect performance.
4. After the processing of High temperature, purification, smoke removing, the carbonizing equipment transforms the semi-finished bio-fuel briquette into a smoke-free, tasteless, non-toxic cleaning carbon.
3.The process for producing charcoal briquette as follow:
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick
5.About the final shape of biomass charcoal briquette making machine
The final shape can be made with a hole or without the hole.it can be round shape, the hexagon shape and the square shape .

5.Parameter of biomass charcoal briquette making machine
