1. Introduction of Fish feed production line:
The fish feed making machine and inflating production machine line can produce both floating and sinking feed pellets for fish, shrimp, crab, etc.
According to different fish varieties, the feed type will be various. And different ages fish require different sizes feed pellet. Our twin screw extruders can produce floating and sinking feed size range 2-12 mm by adjusting temperature, moisture, formulation and changing moulds.
Our fish food making machine also can be used for dry pet food production, such as dog food, cat food, bird feed, monkey food, etc.

2. Raw materials: Most fish feed pellet inculding animal protein and plant protein, Plant protein adopts corn flour,rice flour,wheat flour,soybean flour,peanut cake powde.Animal protein adopts fish meal, shrimp meal,crab meal, sleeve-fish meal and so on.you can add other ingredient according to the local fish live require.
It can also add high fat and protein raw materials, For example, fresh fish, bone, high protein content and high fat raw materials, etc.
3. Products: Different shapes are made by adjusting the dies from extruder.

7. Machines Materials: All the fish feed extruder machine are made by stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; The screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.
High configuration extruder machine with water cooling system and wear resistant bushings and combined screw can keep extruder working for a long time. PLC control easy to operate.
