For the CNC machine casting, most of the materials on the market are HT250 and HT300 at present. HT250 material is not recommended because it is not rigid enough, easy to deform. While our cast iron is HT300 grade, and the internal stress of each casting is eliminated by tempering, vibration and natural aging treatment (6-12 months), which keep the casted iron long-time precision and rigidity without deformation. Our machine bed, column, spindle box and other key parts are made of Meehanite (dense drying) castings, stable organization, permanent quality. After finite element analysis of the casting computer calculation analysis, reasonable structural strength and reinforcement rib collocation, to provide high mechanical rigidity.

1. Transportation:
By sea with 1x 40" FR container.
2. Delivery time:
Within 50 days after receiving the prepayments.
3. Payment terms:
30% T/T in advance, 70% after inspection before shipping.
4. Warranty:
12 months non-human made damage for mechanical parts and 24 month non-human made damage for NC controller since customer receiving the machine.
5. Engineer Travel, Installation and commissioning expenses:
The round-trip tickets, accommodation and labor cost are all offered by buyer.
6. Installs debugs the personnel and days:
Approx.3 persons, within 7 days (depends on the actual situation).
7. More functions and machine size can be customized according to customer's requirements.
