Functions
The smart chemical safety cabinets have functions including fireproof, explosion-proof, corrosion resistance, anti-theft, moisture-proof, ventilation, rat proof, etc
Features
1. Display screen: a 7-inch touch screen is installed on the top.
2. Anti-theft: anti-theft mechanical lock and LCD password lock are configured to meet the requirements of GA/T 73, achieving double-person double-lock management.
3. Ventilation: several time periods can be set every day for exhaust and ventilation.
4. Monitoring: user can monitor the temperature, humidity and 2-way VOC (volatile organic compounds) inside the hazardous chemical storage cabinet on site.
5. Alarm reminder: when the temperature, humidity and VOC concentration inside the storage cabinet exceed the standard values, the cloud server will continue to send alarm reminder information/message to the laboratory management personnel, users and persons in charge every 1 minute until the alarm status lifted.
6. Linkage exhaust: when the temperature, humidity and VOC concentration inside the storage cabinet exceed the standard values, the storage cabinet on site will automatically send out strong sound and light alarm reminder, and the exhaust device will be linked to reduce the temperature, humidity and VOC concentration inside the storage cabinet in time.
7. Remote control: the temperature, humidity, VOC concentration and other values inside the hazardous chemical storage cabinet can be checked online from time to time through the mobile phone and computer, and remote online viewing and control can be realized.
8. Data query: user can query the data(temperature, humidity and VOC values) within 30 days inside the cabinet.
9. Purification and filtration: the top of the storage cabinet is equipped with a filter module device to purify the volatile organic compounds (VOC) inside the cabinet from time to time.
