Product Introduction
The production drawings of the headlock are imported from the US and Canada, and the independently updated patented product.The headlock production process: robot welding to ensure precise structural dimensions that meet drawing requirements and ensure flexibility in use. The pipe is bent using specialized equipment, and the self-locking dovetail clip, and large support are all formed by one-time stamping of hot-dip galvanized steel plate with a thickness of 4mm or more. All edges and corners are blunted to prevent scratching. The equipment is batch welding with robots, and the specifications are: dry cow 1000mm type, milking cow 750mm type, heifer 667mm type, heifer 600mm type, and heifer 500mm type;
The self-locking cow headlock is flexible and durable to use. The movable rod of the neck clip for milking cows can open up to 355 ± 3mm in the forward direction and 330 ± 3mm in the reverse direction, ensuring easy feeding under normal and special circumstances (when cows are lying down);
The vertical and curved rod are fully welded at the junction of the upper and lower crossbeams to ensure structural stability. The automatic return time of the movable rod is ≤ 1.5 seconds.

Our production processing technology is "pipe welding + overall hot-dip galvanizing". After the headlock processed, the overall hot-dip galvanizing is carried out. It is strictly prohibited to use anti rust paint to treat the weld seam; Before galvanization, the overall rust removal and acid pickling should be carried out. After galvanization, the surface is dense, smooth, and clean, with a consistent galvanization layer and an average thickness greater than 100um. There should be no peeling phenomenon, and lifelong anti-corrosion.
The headlock has no sharp corners or burrs in contact with the cow at any position, and the top of the headlock column is shrunk without any potential scratches. Since the product was promoted and used for 10 years, the cumulative sales have exceeded 400000 cow position. The product has won praise from new and old customers for its durability and flexible use, and users can use it with confidence.
