Product Description LNG series tanks, manufactured to GB150 and GB18442 Pressure Vessel codes, available in liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon or natural gas service, are offered in a wide range of sizes for applications requiring Maximum Allowable Working Pressure of 116, 174 (0.8, 1.2 Mpa) as standard.
Qiulin LNG series tanks, vacuumed by the advanced tech, have an excellent insulation performance,low maintenance cost and three year vacuum warranty. Easy operation, reliable system, convenient installation.
Except for GB150 tanks, Qiulin also design and manufacture tanks with ASME Pressure Vessel codes to meet client's various demands. And the maximum storage is up to 250 cube meters. Qiulin also provides vaporizers, pressure control manifolds, vacuum insulated pipelines and other components to build a perfect solution.

We design individually to customer requirements, and manufacture pressure vessel, cryogenic storage (Liquefied natural gas, liquefied industrial gases) & reactors & heat exchanger, columns., etc. in accordance with the following standards and codes:
· China Code GB150 and GB151 for A1, A2 and A3 Pressure Vessel design and manufacturing license;
Class B3 Special cylinder manufacturing license;
GC2 class pressure piping installation license, tank container CCS
· ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Div.1 - (U Stamp, NB Stamp)
· Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) for the European market PED
· Cryogenic storage apply to the North American market DOT/CNR
· In addition, we are applying for KGS certificate for Korean market
II. Other custom products
· Metallurgy, mineral equipment fabrication, including coal water slurry complete equipment, mill, furnace, casting machine, disk machine, etc.
· Paper machine and marine equipment
· Process modules and skid equipment fabrication, including detailed design, material purchasing, fabrication, assembly, painting, insulation, electrical and instrumentation, etc.
· Custom prefabricated steel structures

FAQ Q1: Are you manufacturer? A1: Yes, we're an experienced manufacturer. Q2: Can we use our LOGO and design? A2: Of course, we offer OEM/ODM service. Q3: What's the sample cost? A3: The sample and shipping charges will be required. Once the mass production order is placed, the sample charges will be deducted. Q4:Do you inspect the finished products? A4: Yes, each step during production will be inspected by our Qc team. Q5: What's the payment term? A5: Normally TT,LC, detail to be discussed Q6:Any warranty for the goods?
