Soap Neutralization and Homogenizing Pump with Stainless Steel
Multi-inlets emulsion pump can neutralize liquid caustic, fat acid and water in line.
DH series homogeneous & emulsification pump is composed of a first-class working chamber. The working chamber is equipped with a group of 3-6-layer stators and 3-6-layer rotors. The tooth discs of each stator and rotor are from coarse to fine, so that the original granular materials of different thickness can smoothly enter the working chamber for layer by layer crushing, dispersion, fine, homogenization and emulsification.There are 5 kinds of products in this series. Developed independently by our company, the application technology is very mature. We have a strong technical team and our users all over the world.
Product Features:
1. Homogeneous & emulsification pump is an efficient type product with mix, dispersion, breaking, dissolution, refinery, homogenization, emulsifying.
2. Non-blind area, high efficiency and energy-saving. Simple assembling and disassembling, easy to maintenance and clean.
3. The pump can be run circularly or in one time.
4. Different structure of stator & roto can be interchanged in the same pump type.
5. Different pump structure and rotor & stator can be selected depends on different working conditions.
6. According to requirement of user, cooling system as option for selection.

Working principle of homogeneous pump
Just as diagram form, homogeneous & emulsification pump comprises 1 to 3 stages, or 2 to 6 corresponding shearing stators and rotators. The pump will indraft medium into working chamber with rapid turning of the motor, then treat the medium with compound, dispersion, refinery and emulsion.
