Bale Opener Machine
Function: Open the pressed PET bales >With 4 roller cylinder feeding the bottles equally, claw steel is very strong with 20mm thickness.
>Machine chamber made by solid strong steel, chamber size 1.6*1.6m (depth x width).
>We can make it with forklift working platform to push the bales, or with a hopper for temporary store the bales.


Label Remover Machine
Function:remove the labels from the bottles >Blades made by tungsten carbide and are fixed by screw easy to adjust and replace
>The barrel designed with hydraulic system to lift up the chamber which is convenient to replace the blades
>The machine bottom with holes to drain out liquid which contained in the bottles, good for machine use

Plastic Crusher Machine
Function: crushing the PET bottles to small flakes. >With water inlet doing the wet grinding which can extend the blades lifespan, reduce the dust generation.
>Crusher upper hopper opened by screw motor which save manpower
>Bearing house is installed outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.


Floating Washing Tank
Function: with cold water washing out dirty from the flakes >With the top rollers automatically take out the caps and rings and other impurities but with less water taken out
>Rotor shaft made by seamless steel tube.
>Screw is made by stainless steel, we have different model of floating washing tank according to your requirements.


Hot Washing Tank
Function: with hot water washing to remove oil/glue and other dirty from the flakes.
>The tank made with insulation layer to keep the hot water temperature and save energy.
>Feeding caustic soda or chemical detergent to washing the bottle flakes for better effect
>The water is heated up by steam, steam is generated by the steam boiler


Horizontal Dewatering Machine
Function: take out dirty and remover water from the bottle flakes >With high raotary speed reach up to 1500rpm with better effect for removing the water
>With the famous SKF roller bearing fixed outside for long lifespan
>Inside with mesh layer made by SUS304, which is also cleaned by the water spray system


"Zig-zag" Label Separator
Function: The fine dust separator machine will remove the final labels from the flakes to reduce the PVC content. >Blower with air valve to control the air flux of blower.
>Bottom with air blower and pipe for collecting the pet flakes
>Zig zag main chamber one set made by stainless steel and with visible window
