Product DescriptionTungsten-cobalt hard alloyIn addition to the air tightness, mechanical strength, stability and thermal conductivity required by common thermocouples, the materials for making thermowells used in high temperature conditions also require:(1) High temperature resistance: it is used at the upper limit of thermocouple temperature measurement, without deterioration and deformation, and has good oxidation resistance at high temperature.(2) Thermal strength: does not soften under the use temperature of thermocouple.(3) Corrosion resistance: when the thermowell must be immersed in the molten metal, glass, molten salt and corrosive gas, it shall have corrosion resistance.(4) It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, comprehensive thermal shock resistance, high thermal conductivity and small thermal expansion.According to different temperature range and measured medium, W-Co wear-resistant thermocouple protection tube adopts different high-strength wear-resistant protection tube and surface modification measures to form the composite tube type solid structure of wear-resistant section. W-Co alloy protection sleeve is applicable to flow powder and materials such as petrochemical industry, coal conveying system, fluidized bed boiler, cement clinker and refractory with serious wear of protection tube Temperature measurement, and can greatly improve the service life of thermocouples.
