Charcoal carbonization furnace stoveBrief introduction:
The Energy-saving furnace, also called Environmental Continuous
Gasification Carbonization Equipment, is used to convert the wood or biomass materials containing carbon to charcoal powder under high temperature. The raw materials goes through the destructive distillation process in the oxygen-free
environment to reach high carbonization degree.
Energy-saving carbonization furnace made by Shanghai Yuke adopts hot air carbonization process technology which greatly increases carbonization ratio and shortens the carbonization time. Meanwhile, it has features of easy operation, high safety and efficiency and energy saving. Its an ideal equipment in charcoal and activated carbon production.
Raw Materials:Fruit husk: Rice husk, Coconut shell, Peanut shell/Groundnut shell, Sunflower seed husk/shell, Palm kernel shell, Walnut shell, Almond shell, Pistachio shell etc..
Wood scraps: Wood sawdust, Forest farm & furniture factory scraps, Wood shavings, Wood chips, Tree branch, Bamboo scraps, Sugarcane bagasse, Distillers grains, Coffee grounds, coco husk chips, Waste from beer breweries, Empty Fruit Bunch etc.
Crop stalks: Plants straw, Crop residues, Soybean straw, Wheat straw, Cotton straw, Corn stalks, Sorghum stalk, Maize Cob/Corncob, Sorghum husk/shell/hull, Potato grass, Dead leaves etc.
Main features:1.The combustible gas made by self generated flue gas can be used recycling, gasifier slag can be used as charcoal powder, direct sales, to achieve the effect of energy saving;
2.The whole process without flue gas emissions, meet the national environmental protection requirements;
3.Carbonizing out the maximum yield of charcoal in the shortest time, each furnace carbonization time only need 4-6 hours;
4.1-2 people can operate the whole production line, each furnace volume 13 cubic meters, high production and efficiency;
5.By-products:wood tar refining diesel oil, wood vinegar liquid can be used as pesticide, will waste to exploit to the greatest extent, no waste;
6. The finished charcoal powder can reach 800kg/h.;
7. Non-stop working for 24 hours per day;
8.Environmental protection: the furnace can burn the smoke itself, therefore there is no smoke.
