Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a waterproof membrane. Its raw material is polymer and can be reinforced
with polyester mesh and with fabric backing,manufactured by advanced extrusion machining technology.
TPO waterproof membrane is a kind of macromolecule materials with excellent properties, which consists of polyvinyl chloride resin mainly and various dedicated auxiliaries, anti-aging ingredient, produced by advanced equipment and technology. TPO features with strong tensile strength, high elongation, low shrinking rate, good low temperature flexibility, long lifetime, stable properties, reliable quality and convenient construction.
Main Feature:
l It’s easy to install with good system integrity, few accessories.
l Excellent tensile strength, tearing resistance and penetration resistance performance.
l No plasticizer. They have been tested as having excellent resistance to thermal aging and ultraviolet, durable and exposed.
l Hot-air welding. The peel strength of joint is high.
l Fast welding speed.
l Environment friendly, 100% recycled, without chlorine.
Parameter
TPO sorts three types based on product structure:
1.homogenous membrane (H),
2.fiber backing membrane (L),
3.fabric reinforced membrane (P).
1.Different items, models, dimensions and grades should be stored separately.
2.Put the product in a dry ventilated place with the temperature lower than 50'c and the height less than 2 layers.
3.It will not be factory if any problems caused by wrong transportation or storage or the storage years are more than a year.
4.All the rolls should be erect without any putting across or incline.
Product Uses
PVC waterproof membrane can variously be used to the roof of building, underground building, tunnel, dam, pool, sewage treatment works, garbage disposal facilities. It also can be suitable to any requirement of all kinds of technological practice and different grand of roof waterproof and underground constructions waterproof.
Requirements for Construction:
1. The base should be dry and clean. Do not work in rainy or snowy day.
2. Do not work under heavy wind. (Temperature need be above 5℃)
3. If it is rain or snow in the process of construction, protective measure to the laid membrane is necessary.
4. All the workers should put on special uniforms to keep safe when installing. There should be equipment for fire controls.
